Public bug reported:
I ripped this from Gentoo, it fixes libdv so that several of the MMX
source files are PIC. this saves us somewhere in the neighborhood of
178 TEXTRELs.
This patch comes from Gentoo's experimental version of libdv-1.0.4; it's
been there since November, 2005, so it should be -reasonably- well
tested. Please report any problems it causes back to Gentoo.
