Yes sir I've attached the unity.log file. But I had some trouble following the steps. I've done what I could because this problem happens all the time and is annoying. Here's what happened:
I've installed the debugging symbols for compiz and unity but there was no debugging symbols for nux.(apt-cache policy nux - N:unable to locate package nux) Then I did the advanced debug until the "[ and when compiz/unity crash do...]" At this point nothing happened for a while then the computer was unusable and I had to restart. So I ran valgrind and will attach the result.
