I created a small test message and printed it to a PostScript file from within Evolution 2.10.1. I have attached the bzip2-compressed version of that file as it demonstrates: 1. output format is 'A4' as opposed to 'Letter' 2. painfully short, non-empty message formatted to print with empty trailing page
