Public bug reported:

I have edited a important document(the format is "Microsoft Word
.docx"), the next time when I open it it's content has been changed. The
words in rectangles or ellipses has missed, and the lines has missed
too. Sorry, I come from China so my English is not very good, and I
can't express the problem well.
