The behaviour is reproducible on four different installations (32 and 64 bit). You can see the bug if you middle-click a bookmark folder. Without the add-on "global menu bar integration" all bookmarks are being opened in new tabs. When the add-on is active, the middle mouse button seems to be dysfunctional in the bookmarks menu.
