Thank you for your bug report, can you switch to a vt using ctrl-alt-f1 when that happens? Could you add your Xorg.0.log and Xorg.0.log.old and maybe the .xsession-errors from a broken session (restart and log from a vt to get it if you can't get to a vt before restarting)
