Public bug reported:

If you set a window to stay always on top (right click on its upper
border -> Always on top) and then use the Super-D shortcut or the Alt-
Tab "Show Desktop" icon, that window's decoration will be no longer
accessible, making it difficult to close it, minimize etc. If you click
its buttons, you'll click what's behind it instead. The only way I found
to make the window act normal again is by quitting the application with
right-click -> quit on the launcher icon.
