I think this is the same issue: -open the dash -switch workspace using keyboard shortcut -reopen the dash: the background hasn't chang !!!!! It is still the first app. It refreshes only if you maximize/unmaximise the dash
This is very weird: I have from time to time a terminal background in the dash while having my browser open behind the dash. See screen attached for example.
