Hi, the problem is probably caused by a conflict between MonoDevelop and the monodoc-browser. After deinstalling the monodoc-browser MonoDevelop stops crashing. According to some error I have seen at console, some IPC channel is already used, if monodoc-browser is installed. Monodevelop can't handle this and crashes in Version 2.6 or at least can't use autocompletion in Version 2.8.
I am using MonoDevelop 2.8 now, without any other bug, so far.
