Public bug reported:

The instructions for launching CompizConfig Settings Manager (ccsm) described
in "Change the size of icons in the launcher" is incorrect.
ccsm is no longer listed under Personal in System Settings as it says in the
guide.
The instructions should instead say how to launch ccsm from the Dash.
