Public bug reported:

After finishing a fresh install of Ubuntu Feisty on my laptop I've
noticed that my fan is working almost constantly. I tried solve that
problem and found that my thermal trip point are to strict.

 cat /proc/acpi/thermal_zone/TZ1/trip_points
critical (S5): 102 C
passive: 100 C: tc1=1 tc2=2 tsp=100 devices=0xee579338
active[0]: 80 C: devices=0xee586a2c
active[1]: 65 C: devices=0xee5869c8
active[2]: 55 C: devices=0xee586978
active[3]: 40 C: devices=0xee586928

It would be nice to be able to set active[3] to 45 C. It would keep my
fan off and cpu will still be cool.

I include all importat logs.
