Confirmed on a Dell XPS L502X with ALL options disabled (even the "on-battery" 
ones).
I'm not experiencing timmy's issue, though; my laptop suspends and I have to 
push the power button to "revive" it (but I lose network connection and so on; 
makes it impossible to have a download running while the computer is left 
unattended)
