I can confirm this bug. When I connect to my university's network (using WPA) 
most of the times my complete system freezes. If it doesn't freeze then 
sometimes weird behaviour of programs occur. For example the file names below 
the icons in the nautilus file manager get very strange and incorrect values.
I don't get this faulty behaviour when connected to a network that does not use 
WPA.

I am experiencing these problems since the installation of Ubuntu 11.4
in April. Before that I never had these problems, but I don't know if
Ubuntu used the same driver in the preceding versions. This bug really
makes the system unusable and I can imagine it may cause damage to data
or data loss.

I really hope that you put some priority on this bug since its effects
are quite serious. Also consider the fact that many people might not see
the relation between their crashing system or the weird behaviour and
this driver, and therefore they won't report this bug.
