Ah! Now I know what you mean. I installed kronolith2 on Feisty, and
/etc/cron.d/kronolith2 contains "test -x /usr/bin/php4 && /usr/bin/php4
-q /usr/share/horde3/kronolith/scripts/reminders.php 1>&2 > /dev/null".
However, there is no /usr/bin/php4 on my system. I've only got php5.
On installation, kronolith2 didn't depend on php4, so it should work
with php5.

When I changed php4 to php5 in the above cron job, it still didn't work. I
haven't got any reminders yet. :(
This bug should definitely be confirmed.
