Bug still exists as of Beta 2 of Oneiric. Having similar problem on my ThinkPad x200 with Intel 5300 inside connecting to a Verizon issued Actiontec Wireless N router. Though the router doesn't reboot, just crash -- taking out WiFi, Ethernet, and Internet. Reboot must be performed manually.
Discovered that adding "options iwlagn 11n_disable=1" to /etc/modprobe.d/iwlagn.conf solves the problem. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/821157 Title: intel 5300agn in Oneric leads Speedport w722v router to crash and reboot To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/821157/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
