The application icons are available through "More Apps" and then
"Installed", but as the OP says there is no group for Wine.

Once Bug #1 is fixed I doubt it would be necessary to point out which
apps are Linux and which are Windows/Wine.  Perhaps this is the style
Ubuntu are hoping for?

I'm not a fan of Unity Dash at all!

Clearly the categories are not updated by Wine when it installs the
apps.  Maybe Ubuntu do want to patch their Wine to do this, or maybe
this could be added to Wine upstream (although I can't imagine Dash is
very popular at all and will probably be rejected).
