The application icons are available through "More Apps" and then "Installed", but as the OP says there is no group for Wine.
Once Bug #1 is fixed I doubt it would be necessary to point out which apps are Linux and which are Windows/Wine. Perhaps this is the style Ubuntu are hoping for? I'm not a fan of Unity Dash at all! Clearly the categories are not updated by Wine when it installs the apps. Maybe Ubuntu do want to patch their Wine to do this, or maybe this could be added to Wine upstream (although I can't imagine Dash is very popular at all and will probably be rejected). ** Changed in: wine (Ubuntu) Status: New => Confirmed -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/793132 Title: cannot find wine applications in unity dash To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/wine/+bug/793132/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
