Yes, please try the following:
1. sudo modprobe dm-raid4-5
Should load the kernel module, check dmesg for a line like
"[...] device-mapper: dm-raid45: : initialized v0.1444" and
lsmod

2. sudo dmraid -r
You should see now a list of raid drives and the raid volume(s).

3. sudo dmraid -ay
Should activate your volume(s), again check dmesg.
