Public bug reported:

With Ubuntu 11.10 Beta 2, weather applet in gnome-panel displays some
words in English, even if translation in French is 100% completed (see
<http://l10n.gnome.org/module/libgweather/>). For example, applet will
display:

    Conditions : Mist
    Ciel : Overcast

instead of:

    Conditions : Brume
    Ciel : Couvert

In previous versions of Ubuntu, this applet was fully translated.
