Public bug reported:

I just installed the beta 2 of Ubuntu 11.10 on my Macbook Air and the
mouse was a nightmare to use until I changed the options in the system
settings of the installer. It defaulted to tap to touch which a Mac user
would not be used to, especially as pressing down on the touchpad is a
click. It also seemed a bit sensitive. This option should be turned off
as it conflicts with the standard usage of clicking. It made dragging
windows around and clicking menus a nightmare.

The options to use 2 fingered scrolling (both vertical and horizontal)
should be turned on by default as well to give Mac users a familiar
interface to operate Ubuntu with. If having this Mac specific build is
to give users more Mac friendly options then they should at least be
enabled by default to provide a familiar interface for the user.

Also note that these options are the default in the installer and on a
fresh installation and should be changed in both.

** Affects: unity (Ubuntu)
