Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to report this bug. Ubuntu receives a large number of bug reports, and we don't always have the capacity to look at all reported bugs in a timely fashion. The reported bug applies to a version of nasm(1) that is earlier than that most recently released with Ubuntu.
It would be a big help if you could test this bug on a currently supported version of Ubuntu. If you choose to do so, and are able to reproduce the bug, please upload the updated logs by running 'apport- collect 327457', together with any other relevant logs. Thanks again for your report, and thanks for using Ubuntu. ** Changed in: nasm (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/327457 Title: nasm omits rex byte for pextrq instruction To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nasm/+bug/327457/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
