Public bug reported:
Nautilus used to be inconsistent and call "Home" both "Home folder" and
"Home" however a solution was agreed upon here:

However now Unity has reintroduced "Home folder" meaning there is again
three different names for the folder "Home", "Home folder" and
"username" Unity should change "Home folder" to "Home" to be consistent
with Nautilus.
