Typing either "sudo hciconfig hci0 up" or "sudo hciconfig hci0 reset"
gets me my bluetooth device detected in "hcitool dev" but for some
reason my internal bluetooth is displaying as a usb device?!

I still can't connect, but I can do "hcitool scan" works.
