Public bug reported:
In the Unity workspace switcher, if you use mouse wheel to go UP and DOWN, they
have a different behaviour : Bug with UP.
If you go down, overed workspace wheel change by column (from left to right),
then by line when at the end of the line( top to bottom).
If you go up, overed workspace will change by column (from right to left), but
at the beginning of the line, it doesn't go to the above line ! It should !
