I have the same issue. If I create a Cisco hybrid vpn connection under
gnome's network manager, it works also with the kde network-manager
(under kde). but if i create the same connection with exact the same
settings in kde's network manager i get the same error:

"/usr/sbin/vpnc: IKE DH Group "2" unsupported"

btw: also x86_64
