Public bug reported:

I have my login keyring configured without a passphrase, using "unsafe
storage", and my desktop session automatically logs in.

If I log out and in again my session continues as normal. However, the
next session afterwards prompts me to decrypt my keyring, and my login
passphrase works.

It appears that libpam-gnome-keyring is reencrypting my keyring without
warning or notice if I manually log in.
