Public bug reported: When you scroll in xmlcopyeditor, it fails to correctly repaint the new area. Forcing a repaint (by obscuring it and bringing it back makes it redraw correctly. This applies only to scrolling with the mouse wheel or by dragging the scrollbar. Using the keyboard (arrows or pgup/dn), or clicking the scrollbar doesn't cause this behaviour.
