I got a kernel panic, on a 24 core amd64 machine running diskless with
root nfs, linux 2.6.38 (ubuntu natty 11.04), followed by a reboot since
I have sysctl kernel.panic with a non-zero value and watchdog enabled.
The root nfs is shared by many other machines, and this seems to have
happened when running logrotate; I've since remove this package . See
the attachment for the kernel log.
