Public bug reported: Binary package hint: mplayer
Well the summary says it all: the mouse is locked in the middle of the screen anytime I run mplayer while the ~/.lircrc exists. To reproduce it just $ touch ~/.lircrc $ mplayer some_file.avi This happens even when running mplayer-plugin #38594 and http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=347792 seem related. I'm running on a feisty PIV machine using the radeon xorg driver on a ati 9600 01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc RV350 AQ [Radeon 9600] as a temporary solution I added the line lircconf=/does/not/exist to ~/mplayer/config ** Affects: mplayer (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Unconfirmed -- Mouse locked during playback when ~/.lircrc exists https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/112490 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
