In https://help.ubuntu.com/11.04/serverguide/C/openldap-server.html
there's no information that ssl-cert package must be installed in order
to enable TLS and SSL on the ldap server. Without this package installed
the command 'sudo adduser openldap ssl-cert' will not work and following
restart of the openldap server will fail.
