As I said, I have contacted the upstream developper, and this is actually not a bug. Here is his answer (with the file attached) :
Hi Vincent, I know this problem. It's a matter of preference, which method to use. I have chosen the one I thought would be the commonest. I learned it and use it. And there are ergonomic keyboards, which only allows the current fingers disposition teached by Klavaro. See the next link, which is adequate for it: http://www.keyboardco.com/keyboard_images/microsoft_ergonomic_keyboard_4000_black_usb_large.jpg So, the bug is not "The fingers disposition is wrong." but "There is no option for easily applying other fingers dispositions". I say no easily option because there is a trick: substitute the attached file I'm sending here (fingers_position.txt) in your "/usr/share/klavaro/" subdir. Maybe it could be included as an alternative option for the user to pick. But I guess it wouldn't be easy to explain the differences between them, I mean, advantages and disadvantages...
