Public bug reported:

to replicate:
1: Open "Styles and Formatting" dialog from within a word processing document
2: Right-click "heading 2" and select "Modify"
3: In "Font" tab, select regular or bold
4: Close dialog and select some text in the word processor
5: Double-click "heading 2"

results: although italics have been removed from the heading 2 style in
the dialog, the text in the document will still become italic when the
style is applied.
