Matt actually our problem is directly related to the patch applied here. If we enable Pango by adding:
MOZ_DISABLE_PANGO=0 We would be able to render Urdu Pages but our Firefox would be a lot more slower and consuming 100% cpu resources at times. I have noticed that with Pango enabled firefox crashes quite often and that it is certainly not an acceptable compromise. We already have a bug report filed #54091. But the solution to our problem lies right here.
