Public bug reported:
After upgrading to 11.10 new Firefox 7 doesn't show flash plugin in
about:plugins, nor does flash actually work. Package flashplugin-
installer=10.3.183.7ubuntu1 is installed. Purging and reinstalling
didn't help.
