What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set the browser to reject cookies.
2. Click the cookie blocked icon at the right end of the URL entry box.
3. Select "Show cookies and other site data..."
4. Try to click the "Blocked" tab.
What is the expected result?
Show the blocked tab.
What happens instead?
Nothing happens; the "Allowed" tab is still displayed.
