Since I do ISO testing sometimes, it is impotant for me too that a new Ubuntu installation doesn't replace my bootloader. Allthough I got used to always start Ubiquity with the '-b' option, I liked the behaviour of previous versions a lot more, where you could just select graphically that Grub shouldn't be installed.
