I sorted icons in the beginning of this week and I'm sure I didn't drag them to the right before I moved them. I can't say exactly when this change occurred since there has been plenty of updates. Maybe I had managed to tweak the system (unknowingly) before, when it worked, there was a major change earlier this week which removed all my system tweaks. I didn't notice it before today, though, but I don't arrange icons every day.
