Ubuntu 10.04.3 LTS.
python 2.7.2-5ubuntu1
I uploaded it to my ppa (ppa:ptn107/ppa) so I can back-port it to lucid.
For some reason i386 builds fine but amd64 chokes. Dependencies were
satisfied in both cases I believe.
