The prior release (11.04) beta versions I tested all worked as live CDs from which to boot and try the OS. Has this changed?
Could you please try burning the 26-aug-2011 iso and do a boot test yourself? I will try again around the end of September. As for error log, remember there is no functional OS to access, no boot menu, no nothing. Just a failed boot attempt from a live CD. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/836229 Title: Ubuntu 11.10 26-aug-2011 beta won't boot To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/836229/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
