I did as you want. While I was doing it I saw that the name of the topic, which I was asked to name the new report, already exists ( https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/indicator-session/+bug/824243 ). I found the phrase "Have to log out with CTRL + ALT + Delete as the session menu button no longer displays any entries once it has crashes" in those report , that is why I decided not to create a new separate topic. If, however, I should start a new topic, let me know.
