I just ran into the same issue. The contents of reserved.networks is outdated. 
It has many entries that should no longer be there and will block many 
legitimate websites. The currently valid list can be found at: 
http://www.rfxn.com/downloads/reserved.networks
Its contents (as of August 24, 2011):
