Not sure, what should be bad with my hardware.
The only thing I can imagine is, that my USB-pendrive maybe sometimes has write 
errors.
I attach some screen shots.

In the end, I installed newly Ubuntu on that USB-pendrive. That worked,
but I had some other errors that I couldn't log.
