The Kaffeine bug only affects the right-click menu from the KDE desktop "Play CD with Kaffeine." If you open Kaffeine first you can play just fine. Or click "Open With" and type "Kaffeine" it will also play.
I joined last.fm free edition global channels are working...I only get this bug sometimes when I play a CD for the second time using KDE right- click menu "Play CD with Amarok" but if I put the CD in again it plays. Also the bug goes away I think if you launch Amarok, go to "Files" and drag the CD into the playlist area.
