To be honest when this bug report was written this is exactly how Unity
acted.   It fell apart by just looking at it.   It has gotten a lot better
in the past few months and whatever bug cause this nonsense it has
been resolved.  Unity is less buggy,  which makes me wonder why this clearly
alpha software was ever subjected to the masses.
