0.97.2 is not in Natty (yet). Could you please try it from the clamav PPA and let us know if it solves your problem?
You should just sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-clamav/ppa and then 'apt-get update', this should update your clamav install with the one from the PPA (0.97.2).
