I recently came across the following website --
http://math.stanford.edu/~muellner/xypdf.html. The most recent version
of XY-pic is 3.8, while the one in the repositories seems to be a mix of
3.3 and 3.7 (see /usr/share/doc/texlive-doc/generic/VERSIONS.gz). It
would be great see a current version of XY-Pic integrated in the
ubuntu/debian repository.
