I started getting this message recently. I suspect that youtube.com has
changed it's structure again. NOTE: I am using the version from the ppa.

Expected Outcome: The video should have been downloaded properly. Sample URL 
which I used to try to download a video -

Actual Outcome: I get this message: 'ERROR: no fmt_url_map or conn information 
found in video info'.
