Public bug reported: When I boot with the latest kernel -
# uname -a # I am guessing this to be *-10 as I am booted from *-8 Linux mayankr-T400 2.6.38-10-generic #42-Ubuntu SMP Mon Apr 11 03:31:50 UTC 2011 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux I get a black screen. Trying to switch between consoles (Ctrl+Alt+1 & then back to 7) gives me an Oops.
