Public bug reported:

filter TCP state name LISTEN is documented as 'listen', but
implementation only recognises 'listening'.

Additional suggestions:
SS filter documentation needs improvement:
- at least a summary of filter syntax should appear in the man page
- getting at the syntax should not require installing a separate package
- filter state names should be recognised in all canonical spellings (this is
more for the implementation, not doc)
- case (in)sensitivity should be documented
