This change is not explained in the changelog. Is that file auto
generated?

Also, the patch has no header.. its pretty tiny but it helps when doing
updates and triage to know where the patch came from.

The patch issue is, IMO, minor enough that I'd let it through. But we do
need to know why the .install was changed.
