Why is the status of this bug "Fix released"?

The fix is only for the spanish translation as far as I understand it.
For example, en_GB still translates "bluetooth" to "Bluetooth":
https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/natty/+source/gnome-
bluetooth/+pots/gnome-bluetooth2/en_GB/166/+translate

>From the point of view of the translators, this is perfectly correct.
"Bluetooth" is a proper name and *should* be capitalised.

Can't you patch this darn thing that uses translations for filenames?

Otherwise, I would only consider this bug fixed if there is a process in
place that prevents *all* translators from translating *any* word that
is used as a filename in *any* language. (Or alternatively, add copies
or links of the corresponding file—the bluetooth icons in this
case—named after every possible translation of the original. ...)
